The continuous improvement system is a strategic initiative of Concern Hlibprom and an inseparable part of the company's sustainable development. Its goal is a culture of constant improvement that raises business efficiency, product quality, optimises processes and ensures comfortable and safe working conditions. It is based on the Lean and Six Sigma philosophies.
Quality systems
Production at PrJSC “Concern Hlibprom” follows the HACCP food safety management system and the ISO 22000:2005 standard. Procedures prevent foreign objects, cross-contamination with allergens, food fraud and bioterrorism. Strict sanitary and hygienic requirements and an effective staff training programme are in place.
Responsible procurement
Our suppliers are the best representatives of their industry with a strong reputation. As our markets and range expand we invite suppliers of core and additional raw materials for bakery and confectionery production, as well as packaging manufacturers, to cooperate.
